1. Sale and Purchase of Goods Poornima Prints ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout page ("Checkout") and incorporated herein by this reference ("Goods") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Purchase Price Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website at the time of purchase. The Purchase Price is inclusive of all applicable taxes as per the rules of the Government of India and the Government of Telangana.

3. Payment Terms The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment terms stated at Checkout. Seller reserves the right to pursue any remedies available at law and shall be entitled to reimbursement from Buyer for Seller's costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees, and related expenses, if applicable.

4. Delivery Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller's shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for delays. Goods shall be packaged according to Seller's standard practices unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For shipments outside India, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product complies with the destination country's import laws. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied at the destination country shall be borne by the recipient. These charges are beyond Seller’s control. Any delays caused by customs clearance procedures are not the responsibility of the Seller.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability Seller disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, regarding the quality or fitness of the Goods for any particular purpose, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall Seller or its affiliates be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages arising from the Goods, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or property damage, even if advised of such damages in advance. Seller's total liability shall not exceed the net purchase price of the Goods.

7. Colour Disclaimer The colours of the products displayed on the website may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions during photography, and fabric properties. Buyer acknowledges this variation when placing an order.

8. Force Majeure Seller shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or any unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Buyer consents to such jurisdiction and waives any objection to it.
