Return Policy

At Poornima Prints, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note our strict No Exchange, No Returnpolicy. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return (India Orders Only)

  • Returns will be accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect, such as a tear or damage to the saree.
  • You must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue and provide photographic evidence of the defect.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of the delivery date.

Process for Reporting and Returning Damaged Products

  1. Contact us at poornima.prints1@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919652899526 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order details
    • Clear photographs of the damaged product (including tags and packaging)
  3. Our team will review your request and notify you of the return approval.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Once approved, you will need to pack the item securely and ship it to:
    Poornima Prints
    Plot No: 37, Samatha Nagar, JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, 500085, India 
    • Products must be in their original condition, with tags intact and proper folding.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality team.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for international orders, even if there is an issue with the product.

Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted if reported beyond 24 hours of delivery or if the product is shipped back after 3 daysfrom delivery.
  • Sale items, customized orders (e.g., fall & edging services), and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
